JOB SUMMARY
The Dir, Organization Effectiveness is responsible for developing, partnering, consulting and leading comprehensive organizational effectiveness and talent management initiatives in support of Charter Communications’ business objectives. The position is also accountable for partnering with business and HR leaders on large Org Effectiveness/Org Development programs within the organization by consulting, diagnosing, designing and delivering strategic, company-wide solutions. This includes assessing business and talent needs, developing and leveraging tools, programs, opportunities and services while measuring effectiveness and business impact.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, implement and lead company-wide and business unit organization effectiveness (OE) programs and initiatives.
Facilitate a variety of OE programs by consulting with business and HR leaders to gather business needs and identify potential solutions. Leverage internal and external tools, best practices and technologies, and supporting resources to ensure business needs are met.
Strategically and effectively partner with client groups and HR throughout the organization to identify OE opportunities and develop strategies to manage project opportunities with maximum impact.
Conduct needs assessment and recommend appropriate OE tools/interventions (i.e., org design, perf mgmt., change mgmt., talent planning, coaching, mentoring, etc.) to meet client needs.
Responsible for all activities related to developing, purchasing or leveraging OE tools, including vendor management, resources and budget allocation.
Lead virtual project teams without direct responsibility with significant focus on quality of delivery, project effectiveness and maximum productivity.
Integrate analytics and impact metrics to guide and drive future OE and talent management strategies, capabilities, and initiatives. Ensure appropriate assessments/measurements are in place to manage impact and effectiveness of OE programs and update approaches as necessary.
Partner effectively with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development and OE team members to integrate the variety of solutions/approaches into the larger Talent Management framework.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Exceptional program development and delivery skills
Strong understanding of talent management and organization effectiveness principles
Demonstrated ability to serve as an internal resource and consultant, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, executive presence and influence
Ability to lead and influence a team of professional staff and collaborate with a wide array of business leaders at all levels in the organization
Ability to take initiative and handle various tasks simultaneously while working efficiently, effectively, and independently
Ability to effectively present information to various audiences spanning from front-line to executives
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations
Strong business planning and forecasting skills
Strong analytic, organizational, and problem solving skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration or related field required or equivalent experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Large scale consulting and program management experience preferred
Certification in Hogan, Emotional Intelligence, DiSC and 360 feedback preferred
Skills in measurement and evaluation of OE/OD initiatives
Skills in teambuilding, relationship building, facilitation and presentation
Education
Master’s or PhD in I/O Psychology, Organization Development, HR or Business Administration Preferred
