We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our UK Team to take Zubrowka Bison Grass Vodka to the next level! This superb role will see you working directly with the vibrant On Trade sector, driving the success of this iconic brand.

About Żubrówka
Poland’s vodka Żubrówka is best known as the Bison Grass variance, with each bottle containing a blade of rare, handpicked bison grass to highlight the brand’s authenticity and natural ingredients. The legend of Żubrówka started in the wild primeval forests of Bialowieza where the majestic bisons roam freely and enigmatic bison grass grows. Produced exclusively at a state-of-the-art distillery in Bialystok, Poland, this grain-based vodka goes through multiple distillations before the addition of pure bison grass essence to create a truly distinctive vodka with underlying herbaceous and vanilla tones. These unique flavours mix perfectly with the natural characteristics of cloudy apple juice, a popular cocktail in Poland and the world over.
JOB PURPOSE:
Generate knowledge, build image and create advocacy for Zubrowka amongst our customers and translate this into commercial results; distribution, listings and visibility to drive consumer recruitment. Drive ROS on Zubrowka and educate trade & influencers, and hence indirectly consumers, on the brand.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Pro-actively build knowledge of Zubrowka identifying points of differentiation in a competitive context and reporting back category insight/activity on an ongoing basis
• Plan, deliver and review an agreed range of activities (primarily trainings) to increase awareness, knowledge and image of brands amongst customers and consumers aligned to brand profile, plans and budget
• Ensure that customers are equipped to serve and promote the Brands to consumers, enabling them to become advocates for the Brands
• Deliver listings, distribution and visibility targets, aligned to brand strategy and demonstrating effective resource management
• Build strong working relationships with influencers, Brand Ambassadors, agencies and internal stakeholders in order to optimise opportunities to deliver value adding activities
• Demonstrate ROI of activity through regular reporting and evaluation, actively identifying new brand initiatives that can support volume and value development
• Be the face of Zubrowka and source of Brand Knowledge to our own employees and extended community to help with internal brand building and engagement
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
• A proven knowledge and experience of the Vodka Category
• Experience of activating brands in the On Trade
• Strong understanding of balance between brand building agenda and commercial delivery
• Excellent presentation skills and experience at delivering presentations/training
• Demonstrable experience in sales or marketing
• Proven understanding of budgeting and forecasting
• Ability to interpret On trade trends into insight
• Strong Influencer
• Engagement and networking ability
• Ideally educated to degree level
