Training Program Coordinator (Contractor)
Our team:
The Bloomberg Engineering Training and Documentation team provides learning opportunities to develop the technical skills of our 4,500+ software engineers. We have a passion for technology and a love for sharing information in interactive and engaging training events. You will provide support by organizing department wide events and programs which include new hire training, continuing education and financial training.
We'll trust you to:
• Coordinate meetings, training programs and events
• Correspond with internal staff, clients, vendors and candidates
• Manage logistics including room reservations and setup, class scheduling, catering, and event advertising
• Handle administrative detail for all projects pertaining to training
• Be on-site to ensure that training and events run smoothly
You'll need to have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, HR or a related field with 2+ years of professional administrative experience
• Ability to work well with all levels of management, as well as clients, vendors and candidates
• Experience working in a fast pace environment
• Ability to manage multiple assigned tasks
• Established interpersonal skills
• Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office
