Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator – Creative Specialist is a support-level role whose primary responsibility is to assist Account Executives in developing and executing multi-platform media campaigns. The Creative Specialist functions within the Sales Operations Team to own the “look” and branding of all outgoing sales collateral for the iHeartMedia San Francisco sales team. This is an entirely new role in the company, and the ideal candidate will be both capable of and enthusiastic about independently defining the role and bringing to life the vision for this position.
Primary responsibilities:
• Create custom branded PPT templates for sales pitches and campaign recaps
• Collaborating with research, programming & sales departments to visually represent stories with data (media kits, info-graphics, “one-sheet” sales collaterol)
• Assist in all levels of campaign execution (lead gen, research, pitch, order entry, revision, execution, recap) as back-up for Sales Operations Team.
Required skills:
• Expert level capabilities in PowerPoint and the Adobe suite
• Astute attention to detail; ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Proven strength in proactively taking ownership & initiative without being tasked/asked
• Thrives in faced-paced business environment; intuitive ability to execute conflicting or shifting priorities
• Adept in visualizing research data (infographics, research one-sheets)
• Coachable, approachable, “can-do” attitude w/ continual desire for improvement
• Strong communication skills: able to professionally and efficiently communicate across departments
• Drive to learn quickly and independently
• Passion for iHeartMedia brand and creative, multi-platform marketing
• Must be prompt, professional and willing to work on-site 8:30a-5:30p Monday-Friday
Preferred qualifications:
Strongly preferred: can write HTML to back-up digital team and create
• email blast templates
• Strongly preferred: prior experience in a media company, conceptual understanding of media sales
