Job Title: Digital Training Executive
Location: London
Macmillan Education, a leading publisher in English language materials and digital solutions, is seeking a Digital Training Executive based in the Macmillan offices in London to join its Digital Sales and Training team, to support maintaining and growing our global digital business, as well as offering both online and onsite training sessions.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Sales, you will be responsible for:
• Maintaining and growing digital revenue
• Organizing and delivering regular online and face to face training sessions for our customers and regional sales teams
• Presenting Macmillan digital solutions to teachers at conference and events
• Gathering market intelligence and reporting customer feedback to evolve our digital portfolio
• Maintaining and updating our digital support sites
The role will primarily focus on the delivery of online training sessions of Macmillan Education’s digital products and will include some travel in the UK and abroad to provide face to face training sessions.
The ideal applicant will:
• be educated to degree level; fluent in English
• have experience in teaching or training
• have great interpersonal skills
• be interested in educational technology and how education is changing
• have strong communication skills
• have the ability to write engaging copy for customer updates

The position is based in the Macmillan offices in London.
