Responsibilities:
This challenging and dynamic role requires a unique combination of business acumen, communication, analysis and leadership skills. We are looking for a doer who can partner with business owners and key constituencies to drive execution across AEC.
• Provide leadership of cross-functional teams to align initiatives and execute to the AEC strategic vision. Convert program requirements to executable deliverables; develop and maintain project plan and schedule to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters.
• Organize program activities and related meetings.
• Identify and communicate programs scope and ensure critical paths, milestones and all objectives are met.
• Develop and deliver professional written and spoken communications that ensure team members and leadership have clear, concise, and up-to-date information on progress; prepare and distribute various reports and updates on the status of the program to various audiences, including functional management.
• Work with teams and individuals to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues as needed. Leverage cross-organizational relationships for support, and escalate in a savvy manner.
• Establish and lead execution of new processes as needed to ensure ongoing program success.
• Curate, analyze, and present data to solve problems, drive change, and improve performance.
• Ensure clear definition of program success and present results to targets and KPIs.
Skills and Qualifications:
• A proven change champion with a minimum of 3+ years of applicable direct program management experience (creation of plans, managing budgets, schedules, allocating resources, etc.)
• Demonstration of proactive management and prior success delivering meaningful results while working with teams
• Team organizer, builder, and motivator with exceptional influencing skills who can exercise judgment related to prioritization and risk management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent business communications skills, including ability to develop and present professional written or in-person information and presentations to individuals, teams or executive leadership
• Excellent relationship and expectation management skills
• Equivalent work experience preferred; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Organizational Change, Communications, or in a STEM discipline
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment with tenacious optimism
• Familiarity with marketing and sales concepts including content, automation, behavioral triggers, funnels, campaigns, conversion, web analytics, social media, etc.
• Proficient with MS Office tools, particularly Excel and, most assuredly, PowerPoint
• Demonstrable experience with one or more project management tools i.e. Asana, Smartsheets, JIRA
• Familiarity with marketing and sales automation tools, i.e. Marketo, SFDC
• Familiarity with data visualization/analysis tools i.e., Tableau, Anaplan, QlikView, SAS, R, Adobe site catalyst, Google Analytics, etc.
• Comfortable with remote video collaboration tools e.g., Skype, Zoom, Go-to-Meeting, etc.
