The User Experience Designer position researches, analyzes, and designs end-to-end experiences for Autodesk web properties. The designer will work collaboratively with web marketing managers, product managers, content strategists, optimization managers, data analysts, visual designers, and search strategists to create user-centered designs that meet business needs and customer goals. The designer should have a strong background in user experience design and research. This is a great opportunity to be part of the end-to-end design process and bring a customer focus to Autodesk web properties.

Responsibilities
• Analyze customer feedback for multiple data sources to discover opportunities to improve the overall user experience
• Design customer focused experiences for Autodesk.com
• Create user flow diagrams, storyboards, wireframes, low and hi-fidelity prototypes
• Drive customer feedback throughout the design process and product lifecycle
• Perform heuristic reviews of web properties
• Create competitive analyses
• Analyze data through a variety of methods and utilize it to drive design decisions
• Work collaboratively with visual designers and front-end developers to create functional and beautiful experiences
Requirements
• 2-5 years experience in user experience design or related field
• Degree in related field
• Ability to drive projects from beginning to end
• Experience performing competitive analyses and market analysis
• Experience using customer feedback from both quantitative and qualitative feedback to make decisions
• Ability to work in agile and fast-moving design environment
• Experience with responsive design
• Formal training in user-centered design practices
• Experience creating high-level user experience flows as well as detailed wireframes
• Experience prototyping multiple user experience concepts
• Ability to work with peers across multiple functional groups and drive design process and decisions
