Summary:
You will be responsible of delivering best digital experience possible for our 10 thousands employees worldwide. As such, you’ll work on multiple products like an internal social network, an enterprise search, various Intranets et collaborative sites. Your main missions will be to conduct user research, produce multiple ergonomics deliverables (heuristic analsys, interatives mockup, user flows), and ensure your recommendations are well implemented. You’ll work in collaboration with multiple ergonomists and experts internally (content strategist, product manager, taxonomist, etc). Lastly, you’ll be in charge of producing and sharing best practices in term of user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Faciliate workshops animation using multiple games and methodlogies (design thinking).
• Conduct user research through interviews, focus groups, card sorting or any other techniques.
• Build and deliver analysis and recommendations to optimize user experience on our internal products and sites.
• Produce iterative mockup and user flows.
• Optimize your recommendations based on user tests & actual usage.
• Monitor and ensure overall user experience quality.
• Deliver best practices & norms in term of user experience
Qualifications
Education:
• Master’s degree in ergonomics, HCI, cognitive psychology or any other relevant training or experience;
Relevant experience:
5 years and more in ergonomics and user experience.
Skills and Knowledge
• Excellent written and oral communication skills : English French;
• Be organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Good analysis and synthesis skills ;
• Autonomous, dynamic et proactive ;
• Team spirit;
• Knowledge user center design methods;
• Knowledge with the tools Balsamiq, Axure, Invision and Adobe's Creative Suite
