The client services assistant provides support to client services team and provides services and support to clients and members of their party.
• Runs errands and conduct shopping trips (for food, supplies, etc) on and offsite
• Assists with providing services and support (VIP catering, tours, local transportation arrangements, personal shopping, etc) to clients and other members of their party
• Inputs information in the guest database for productions which include groups for Scoring, client requests, transportation, etc.
• Coordinates arrivals to the appropriate location.
• May assist team with organizing and implementing special projects such as staff and client dinners, wrap parties, special screening events, tours, etc.
• May assist with screening process including coordinating with Ranch Services, entering data into databases and ensuring guests have entrance approval
• May assist with facility related issues and informs responsible parties
• May provide back-up administrative support to the executive/administrative office as requested
• Work a varied, flexible schedule including overtime (early mornings, late evenings and weekends)
• Performs special projects as needed on an ongoing basis
Requirements:
• 4+ years experience in an administrative position supporting executives or management.
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a valid current CA drivers’ license and access to personal vehicle
• Must be able to work a varied, flexible schedule including overtime (early mornings, late evenings and weekends)
• Experience working in a hospitality or other VIP environment preferred
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of post production sound useful.
• Strong organizational and service orientation skills.
• Posses a friendly, can-do attitude
• Must be attentive to detail while juggling multiple projects.
• Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to use diplomacy, tact and discretion.

• Proven ability to operate effectively in high pressure situations and to work successfully as part of a team.
• Exceptional creative problem solving skills. Ability to think and act flexibly.
• Exceptional computer skills including, but not limited to: Word, Excel, Outlook.
