Job Title
Art Director - Digital & Corporate Marketing
The Art Director conceptualizes, art directs and designs assigned corporate marketing and digital projects for Meredith Corporation. This position brings innovation, collaboration, and hands on design to presentations (including compelling infographics, data charts, and icons), print advertorials and comps, digital native units and comps, rich media, video, marketing collateral, etc. The Art Director works seamlessly with the group creative director, executives, directors, designers, programmers, project managers, freelance and vendors. Strong organizational skills/flawless attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be a team player while able to multi-task and thrive under tight deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience as an art director supporting a sales and marketing department in publishing, media, or advertising. 8+ years total design experience.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Expert in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint. High proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook for Mac. HTML knowledge a plus.
Accomplished design skills: composition, typography, color, image selection, all finely-tuned & sophisticated 'taste-level'
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ability to take direction, apply own creative skills, and direct staff and freelance talent as needed.
Great verbal and written communication skills.
