Responsibilities
The Assistant will support Feature Animation Development Executives. Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Phone coverage, calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, processing travel expenses, general office organization and other special projects as assigned.
• Preparing and distributing meeting materials
• Note taking and transcribing meeting notes as needed .
• Interfacing with individuals at all levels of the company, from entry level to Executives, as well as a broad range of individuals outside the company.

Desired Characteristics
• This will require an outgoing, confident personality coupled with good judgment and discretion
• 2+ years work experience in a fast paced environment, Entertainment or Agency strongly experience preferred
• Familiarity with major agencies, management companies
• Familiarity with pptx and making decks/presentations
• Strong writing skills
• Ability to read scripts and provide useful short coverage and comments
• Ability to research topics for project development
• Must be able to work flexible hours
• Must be proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar and Excel. Studio System and Photoshop a plus
• Must be proactive and eager to learn and able to work independently
• Familiarity with Studio System and other entertainment data sites a plus
