Overview
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for creating product packages and title availability lists for international Sales Executives in support of negotiations and incremental sales. This position will be responsible for managing sales planning efforts to support international licensing and schedules via the in-house database (SAFE). This individual will report to the Director, International Sales Planning.
Responsibilities
Produce and implement window choreography to maximize product licensing
Support Sales team with preparation of by territory customized availability reports
Create, update and maintain an International Grid which tracks product for all media deals by territory
Organize and log all upcoming New Media deals and their agreements, including timely filing of documents
Manage review and collate licensing data for new media deals worldwide
Assist Director in tracking Third Party sales information and communicate this to TV distribution. Input sales into SAFE to provide accurate windowing information.
Become an expert in the Universal catalogue to better tailor product availability lists.
Maintenance of Avail Tracker database
Assist on ad hoc projects and perform other miscellaneous duties assigned by management
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Must have superior Excel skills with experience in creating and using macros and complex analysis formulas as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
