Bloomberg Intelligence- Content Manager
Do you want to be in the middle of research idea generation and commercialization of a growing and dynamic global research department? We are searching for a team member to work in our global content team, which identifies Bloomberg Intelligence most timely and interesting research and connects it to Bloomberg's clients as well as sales, news and media teams across regions.
We'll trust you to:
• Drive a constant dialog with analysts and sector coordinators to assess BI's best research idea pipeline
• Promote BI's best ideas across the Bloomberg News/Media platform, other areas of the company and direct with clients, using existing distribution channels as well as identifying and implementing new channels.
• Work with Marketing on events and other opportunities to drive awareness and readership of BI research
• Coordinate feedback and implement ongoing improvement to our best idea process, working closely with our regional Directors of Research
• Manage large scale research collaborations, such as BI's Year Ahead Outlooks and special Focus research publications.
• Prepare and distribute the weekly BI Highlights for Bloomberg Sales.
What we've love to see:
• undergraduate or master’s degree, preferably in finance or economics, or progress on a CFA
• keen interest in investments, economics and the markets
• strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal
• the ability to network and develop new relationships
• independent self-starter with a lot of initiative
• ability to work confidently with BI senior management
