Responsibilities
Key administrative and basic finance/accounting support to the Senior Vice President, Vice President of Finance (Controllership / FP&A) and other leaders across the Universal Studios Home Entertainment Global Finance Headquarters group. In addition, the role will support and be integral to the wider finance team and will build relationships with key executive roles across the Globe.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Meeting support and coordination across Global time clock (various international countries / offices) - preparing agendas, PowerPoint decks, etc.
Management of SVP / VP calendars – set appointments, schedule meetings across global team and time zones, etc.
International travel coordination and expense report preparation and submission
General administrative tasks such as printing, answering phones, copying meeting materials, etc.
Liaison between the general administrative team and global Finance team for tech support, admin inquiries, physical locations, etc.
Administrative support on Special Projects and any ad hoc projects as required
Backup support for Worldwide Home Entertainment CFO’s Executive Assistant
Provide administrative coverage for CFO as needed/request
Global Finance Support Responsibilities:
Initiate and manage global purchase orders
Create and maintain Global Titles summaries for cost allocation purposes
Provide support to each functional area responsible for the purchase order process (i.e. marketing, creative, operations etc.)
Troubleshoot with Accounts Payable with issues regarding: confirmation of payments, purchase order issues, etc.
Track and Maintain execution of key information regarding vendor relationships as well as Global Titles and raised purchase orders
Create and distribute financial calendar for global titles across UPHE Senior Management and Business Leaders
Research and answer inquires to the Global Finance Help Desk
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook mail and calendar
Minimum 1 year administrative and/or finance experience in filmed entertainment
Eligibility Requirements:
Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must be willing to join Local OPEIU L174 Union
Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of SAP, specifically the procure to pay process
Proficient user of SNAP, Accounts Payable program
Proven success supporting multiple executives in an international business
Finance and accounting degree preferred
Good communication and organizational skills are required
