Responsibilities
The Program Operations Coordinator (POC) will be responsible for supporting a group of international channel migrations into the Denver operations and providing ongoing account management of these channels. Responsibilities include overseeing the successful preparation of all content on the specific channels. The POC will be interacting with the clients for day to day content management, any issues dealing with content for their channel group, and special projects related to that channel group. The POC will be accountable for working with the various managers and technicians within the operation to make sure content is being processed on a timely schedule and resolve any issues. They will report back to the clients the daily status of operations on the channel group, the root cause of any issues, and updated procedures to mitigate the errors. Since the build will be underway the POC will also be asked to perform project responsibilities including running project meetings, managing timelines and developing new processes, for both internal workflows and between external business partners.
Essential Functions:
•Ownership of program operation services for a group of international channels located at the NBCUniversal Dry Creek Operation.
•Work closely with all other media operation groups to resolve any content related issues to ensure material is delivered on time
•Be in constant communication with London based programming regarding media prep status and content related issues
•Define, document, and maintain operational processes and workflows
•Consistently assess POC processes and technology to help develop improvements that will enable continued growth and productivity
•Subject Matter Expert for all program operations services, processes, and technology
•Gather and provide workflow & system requirements for program operation functions to the technology and engineering teams
• Develop and measure operational quality metrics to drive rigor and accountability within the operations
•Be available and on call on 24/7 basis (excluding extreme circumstances) to receive escalation and trouble shoot issues
•Willing to stay late and work extra hours for launches and special events
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
•1+ year of experience in Program Operations/Account Management
•1+ year of experience with operations in a media prep environment
•Prior experience with Visio and Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
•Willingness and ability to work or be on call at any time, sometimes on short notice in order to support a 24/7/365 operation

Desired Characteristics
•1+ year of experience in Project Management
•1+ year of experience in a role with a track record of proven leadership, effective staff management, high energy level, and strong team skills
•BA/BS in related field
•Extensive and significant experience, understanding and knowledge of media prep technical systems, standards and processes
•Strategic project management leadership
•Prior experience with REACT, OTTO, Webscheduler, and Mediator in a media prep environment
•Prior experience with international operations and workflows
•Experience with scheduling and resource management
•Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills
•Effectively flexible in approach, and responds well to pressure
•A track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations
