The role of the UX Designer is to support the core project team in the on-going development and maintenance of our UK Qualification services. Through the research and testing with our users, delivery of UX design artifacts, (user journey's, personas, wireframes) within the development cycle, to ensure we are creating a consistent, rewarding and engaging experience for our users.
Qualifications
The UX Design role is to ensure best practice UX design standards and processes are implemented within a project. Working with key stakeholders, to define requirements, conduct in depth user research (including developing personas, scenarios, user stories, flow diagrams, wireframes) to feed into the development cycle; manage user testing, (directly or via third parties). User testing to include the planning, scripting, conducting and evaluation presentation from the testing to project team. To implement and promote best practice accessibility and usability standards across all projects.
We are looking for an inquisitive UX designer who is in the early stages of their career. You will be passionate about finding ways to improve experiences for our customers and have the ability to work successfully with other internal teams to take your ideas through to completion. We are learning company and as such we do like to hire people who have a genuine interest in education.
