District Sales Manager; (Tampa or Orlando, FL)

We have has an exceptional opening for a District Sales Manager within our Professional and Career Specialization that can be based in Tampa or Orlando, FL.
District Managers, a key leadership position, have direct management responsibilities to recruit, train, develop and manage an effective sales district consisting of 7 to 10 sales representatives calling on colleges and universities. They are accountable for achieving sales goals and implementing sales strategies around the company’s portfolio inclusive of digital platforms, custom product, Direct Digital Access as well as rental options.
The District Manager is also accountable for analysis, planning and financial management.
Qualifications include an undergraduate college degree, 3-5 years of experience in college publishing. This experience should include a record of exceptional performance, strong communication, analytical, organizational, and account-development skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead.
