DESCRIPTION:
The Director, Graphics Studio, will schedule and manage design and animation projects in the broadcast design studio.
Specifically, you will:
• Provide ongoing creative resourcing of animators and designers for VP evaluation.
• Partner with VP to balance day-to-day resource allocation and work-flow in the studio.
• Implement and maintain streamlined project communication format.
• Implement and maintain media management system.
• Build strong relationships with production assistants, writer producers, line producers and project management team.
• Ensure studio talent billings coincide with allocated budgets.
• Maintain master project schedule.
• Maintain master staffing schedule.
• Coordinate with IT to manage software needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 10 years of broadcast post-production supervision and resourcing experience.
• Studio creative resource and production management experience.
• Ability to management multiple projects on various schedules.
• Comprehensive organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Agility on deadline.
• Persistence and follow though.
• Professional communication skills.
