Responsibilities
Role Summary:
The Maury Show is seeking a Part-Time Audience PA to assist with all aspects of the shows audience booking. This is a Run of Show position.
Typical duties including but not limited to:
• Schedule and confirm studio audience members by phone and e-mail for approximately 5 tapings a week.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and check-in for out of state shuttle buses.
• Assist with VIP guests and group and corporate bookings.
• During tape days, demonstrate crowd control with the studio load-in/out and audience seating.
• Recruit potential audience members at off-site promotional events.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the internet
• Bachelor Degree preferred
Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be willing to work overtime, nights, holidays, and weekends, often with short notice.
Desired Characteristics
• Minimum 6 months prior professional television or special event experience (including internships).
• Prior experience in event planning, hospitality or casting.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
