Hearst Digital Media is seeking a full-time, staff Associate Influencer Talent Manager, Branded Content Studio. This person will help manage talent casting for the content Hearst creates in partnership with advertisers to run on all our digital properties. The Associate Influencer Talent Manager will work with the Director of Influencer Talent in the content studio to identify/secure talent and manage campaigns with influencers.
This position works across all of Hearst’s digital media properties, with a strong focus on Seventeen.com, Cosmopolitan.com, Elle.com, MarieClaire.com, HarpersBazaar.com, Esquire.com and TownandCountry.com.
Applicants should have a strong interest in influencer marketing and knowledge of the top influencers on YouTube and Instagram in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle verticals. They should also be able to spot rising talent that has not yet reached influencer level. Applicants should also have a firm grasp on the Hearst portfolio and be able to speak to the differences between brands.
Responsibilities:
• Identify established and rising influencers for each brand and manage their profiles in our proprietary database.
• Assist the Director of Influencer Talent with pricing and talent lists for RFPs and active campaigns.
• Attend internal and external status meetings.
• Serve as a second set of eyes on influencer contracts.
• Manage influencer deliverables and alert director to any issues.
• Attend photo and video shoots when necessary.
• Book influencer travel (flights, hotels, car service.)
• Process influencer invoices.
• Assist the director communicating progress of influencer campaigns.
Requirements:
• 4+ years social media and/or influencer marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as influencer management software
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with scrupulous communication, organizational and time-management skills
• A positive, proactive and collaborative attitude at all times
