Responsibilities:
Key administrative and basic finance/accounting support to two Vice Presidents of Finance (FP&A/Analytics & Ops) and their respective teams in the Universal Brand Development Finance group.
Administrative Responsibilities:
Meeting support and coordination across Global time clock (various international countries / offices) - preparing agendas, PowerPoint decks, etc.
Management of VP calendars – set appointments, schedule meetings across global team and time zones, etc.
International travel coordination and expense report preparation and submission
General administrative tasks such as printing, answering phones, copying meeting materials
Liaison between the general administrative team and global Finance team for tech support, admin inquiries, physical locations
Administrative support on Special Projects and any ad hoc projects as required
Backup support for the Brand Development Finance Executives’ assistant
Provide administrative coverage for SVP of Finance as needed/requested
Initiate and manage global purchase orders
Provide support to each functional area responsible for the purchase order process (i.e. marketing, creative, operations etc.)
Troubleshoot with Accounts Payable with issues regarding: confirmation of payments, purchase order issues, etc.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook mail and calendar, and Excel
Minimum 1 year administrative and/or finance experience in entertainment or Consumer Products
Eligibility Requirements:

Must be willing to join Local OPEIU L174 Union
Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of SAP, specifically the procure to pay process
Proficient user of SNAP, Accounts Payable program
Proven success supporting multiple executives in an international business
Finance and accounting degree preferred
Good communication and organizational skills are required
Team Player - Demonstrates ability to work as part of a team of professionals and willingness to give assistance to co-workers to achieve departmental goals
Flexibility - Demonstrates experience working in, and a positive attitude toward a rapidly changing and time-sensitive business environment
