Responsibilities
The Digital Sales Operations Manager will report into the VP, Digital Sales Operations of Sports & News. This role will work in partnership with the Manager, Linear Quality & Process towards the successful merger and alignment of our Linear & Digital Sales Operations teams, systems, and processes. This role will assist with the implementation and management of the TNF partner relationship and any other business partnerships that require Sales Operations focus, including VOX.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the Affiliate relationships across News, Sports, Olympics, World Cup, and the Confederate Cup for Sales Operations
Oversee the ZEDO partnerships for trafficking and testing all Affiliate orders through football season and big events such as the Superbowl 2018 and PyeongChang Olympics
Provide direction to the department regarding company goals, business plans and initiatives. Establish and communicate clear direction and priorities to the team.
Monitor team execution of functions and the adherence to established policies
Support ad trafficking into websites and mobile apps
Distribute and manage workload and act as escalation lead for all digital campaign issues
Communicate with sales and operations staff to ensure that all traffic related requirements are met
Process and distribute daily delivery and pacing reports. Evaluate and research lost/dropped revenue when required, and provides feedback to business partners
Ensure procedures and policies are maintained, completes all performance management responsibilities
Communicate regularly and effectively with other departments within the company to ensure business is maximized and issues are resolved effectively
Review and revise procedures as needed to improve overall operation
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Provide the highest quality client service support by addressing any campaign challenges with accuracy, efficiency, diligence, thoroughness, and professionalism
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary

Qualifications/Requirements
Eligibility Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in ad operations, sales support, or account management and the desire to continue in or move into digital sales operations
Experience in both Linear and Digital Operations, with an expertise in Live streaming
Basic Qualifications:
Experience trafficking video ads in an ad server (FreeWheel preferred). Ad insertion into live video streams a definite plus
Fluency in the language of digital media and online measurement: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, uniques, pageviews, visits, referrers, etc.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (including formulas, pivotTables))
Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills
Strong verbal/written communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
Must be detail-oriented and have demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced, continually changing environment
Desired Characteristics
Strong knowledge of the media business
Demonstrated success working on developing business initiatives or emerging departments
Experience in driving business and revenue initiatives
