Description
As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will provide leadership, support and planning for innovative online marketing initiatives that drive awareness, demand and adoption for Autodesk Fusion 360, a new, cloud-based 3D CAD/CAM solution.
The ideal candidate will have online marketing experience to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team. He/she will need to be a key contributor to management and execution of innovative marketing activities. He/she should be data-driven, curious and creative. We’re actively looking for someone who is able to rapidly optimize and iterate in order to constantly improve marketing performance.
The right candidate will collaborate with Autodesk digital marketing, business development, PR, strategic events, technical marketing, and product managers to clearly position and promote Fusion 360. Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for building collaborative relationships with the global team, strategic 3rd party partners and customer advocates are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partners with online experience team and external agencies to ensure an informative and compelling online user experience:
◦ Content: Build & manage new pages, update existing content to reflect messaging, align w/ campaigns, etc.
◦ Testing and optimization (knowledge of tools like Opimizely and/or Crazy Egg a plus)
◦ Scale best-practices across global localized sites and optimize per market
◦ Integration with Fusion 360 online community activities (gallery, forums, blog, etc.)
• Directs and contributes to successful execution of awareness and user acquisition activities.
◦ Experience with specific activities a big plus:
# Campaign optimization and management
# Reporting and analytics
# SEM and SEO experience
# Social media coordination and management
• Experience with specific tools a big plus:
◦ Google Analytics
◦ Omniture/Site Catalyst
◦ Business Intelligence reporting dashboards like Tableau
◦ Google AdWords
• Drive execution of dynamic marketing content and sales assets in alignment with marketing and sales strategies in order to engage, acquire, and retain Fusion 360 customers.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience marketing software-related / high-tech products
• BA/BS degree, preferably in business administration, marketing or communication field.
• Analytically-minded data-enthusiast is a huge plus.
• Experience with cloud-based software/ applications a huge plus.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrates initiative and is self-driven.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment where requirements shift to meet changing business needs.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
• Ability to coordinate people and activities across multiple functional areas.
• A team player who is willing to engage in both strategic and tactical work as business needs dictate.
