We have an opening for a APAC Marketing Specialist (Demand Center-Social, PR & Events) in our Singapore office. Does this sound like you?
Role Overview:
The Executive, Demand Center (Social, PR & Events) oversees the creation, management and development of the company’s social media marketing strategy, PR strategy as well as supporting and executing events. He/she will execute the tactics across the APAC MHE business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content
• Establish a strategic approach to social media content that aligns with the company’s global vision and marketing plans but tailored to the regional/local business needs, culture, trends through owned and social channels – Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and other social media platforms.
• Create innovative and creative social media programs for the Enterprise, Partners and Learners customer groups that will increase brand awareness and engagement, and support specific content marketing strategies.
• Be the champion for trend spotting and media innovation. Establish a strategy for driving innovation and adoption on emerging content and social platforms and tools across APAC to maximize business impact.
PR
• Stay abreast of current trends and stories daily in the education and ed-tech sector
• Daily Media monitoring of news-worthy articles relating to MHE
• Work alongside PR agency to execute PR releases and content in line with GTM programs as well as company-wide news.
Events
• Work alongside Demand Centre team in producing content for Events
• Ad-hoc event support.
• At least 3-4 years of overall social media or content marketing experience including execution and experience in handling vendors and suppliers
• Agile with quick turn-around time and meeting deadlines.
• Client servicing experience
• Excellent oral and written business communication skills
• Digital Native, able to handle digital platforms and content easily
