POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director, Spectrum Enterprise Strategic Initiatives is responsible for assisting the executive leadership team with the management of key strategic initiatives, including executive meetings, business reviews, scorecard management, and monthly/quarterly roadshows. Support the operational performance through ownership of operational and performance analysis, trending, forecasting and business impact analysis. Ensure consistency in analytical processes and adherence to established evaluation and measurement methodologies across the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist the executive leadership team with developing, communicating, executing, and project managing strategic initiatives.
• Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on progress relating to assigned strategic initiatives.
• Drive business deliverables and results, including monthly business reviews, fiscal planning and scorecards.
• Assist in the preparation of the budget and strategic plan and monitor their execution.
• Assist with the leadership team with addressing client issues direct contact with clients as needed to maximize client satisfaction and addressing client issues as assigned.
• Lead selected change management initiatives (internal and external processes and procedures).
• Organize and assist in the preparation of internal company staff meetings and reviews, including agenda and presentation development.
• Provide oversight and guidance to projects of high importance (Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations).
• Plan and execute leadership meetings including town halls, scorecard road shows, monthly leadership calls, and large scale internal/external events.
• Direct monitoring and review of reports and records of activities to ensure progress, and recommends changes in analytical methodology and/or performance reporting.
• Make data-based recommendations for process improvement and strategic business decisions.
• Create reports and data driven presentations with impact - identify trends and occurrences in data and translate findings into various mediums including text, charts, graphs, displays, tables.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Five years of Project Management experience driving solutions.
• Eight to ten years’ experience presenting to groups/clients.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong adherence to deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Strong ability to define priorities and unfailing attention to detail.
• Ability to work on projects simultaneously, change tasks quickly and see projects to the end.
• Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization with the ability to inspire others to achieve a common objective.
• Ability to work independently and as an integral part of a geographically dispersed team.
• Expert in PowerPoint presentations with the ability to turn data into a compelling story.
• Superb written, analytical, communications, and presentations skills (written, oral, and quantitative).
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.

• Strong business planning and forecasting skills.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University; or equivalent training, education and experience
MBA preferred.
