We are seeking a highly motivated marketer, in touch with the digital habits of Millennials and Gen Z, and with experience of building data-driven campaigns in a dynamic environment, to join our international team. The marketing manager is primarily responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution and agile optimization of our acquisition to on-boarding marketing strategy, and providing marketing support for activities that nurture an on-going and trusted relationship between Autodesk and our customers.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating highly resonant and engaging experiences. They will be skilled in planning and executing marketing campaigns and have strong copywriting skills. A proven understanding of marketing tracking methodologies and best practices, and the ability to interpret data and perform agile optimization to drive strong business results is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build collaborative relationships and work with key stakeholders across multiple business divisions to understand business goals, which will inform aligned strategic planning and execution.
• Use a data-oriented, agile approach to establish user behavior and prevailing needs, that informs and influences our strategy to support on-boarding customers and develop lasting relationships over time.
• Develop a multi-channel, customer-centric, acquisition to on-boarding communications strategy, incorporating A/B testing, to drive strong funnel performance.
• Work with the Autodesk Education Experiences Field Marketing team to map customer needs to opportunities and perform solution gap analysis to inform content development requirements.
• Work with Field Marketing stakeholders to determine a customer-centric, seamless ‘on-boarding’ to ‘on-going nurture’ user experience to maintain funnel volume.
• Establish clearly-structured, repeatable processes to provide ongoing activity performance analysis and insights, accurate reporting and agile implementation of optimization opportunities.
• Oversight for and work with cross-functional teams to optimize the user product download experience for Fusion 360.
• Work closely with graphic designers, brand and marketing stakeholders, sales, product teams, and legal/compliance to deliver a compelling story through marketing content creation.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers seeking on-boarding support.
Requirements:
• 5-7 years’ relevant work experience in a B2C role.
• Interest in 3D design, electronics, technology and education fields.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize your own workload.
• A proven track record of managing multiple complex projects to completion on time, to a high standard, and within budget.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and natural team player with a strong ability to work with cross-functional & virtual teams to solve problems and drive results.
• Experienced in MS Office, and knowledgeable in the use of tools such as Marketo, Orion and Marketing Analytics software e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics/ Sitecataylst.
This role will contribute to the strategic direction and vision of the marketing organization and play a role in setting overall organization objectives. This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Core Marketing, Autodesk Education Experiences, whose team is responsible for curating a compelling brand experience across multiple channels, to acquire new customers and drive rich customer engagement to nurture the foundation of a lifelong trusted partnership between Autodesk and students, that continues into their professional lives.
