Trainee - Media & Talent Relations
Seeking a Trainee in the Sony Pictures Television Media & Talent Relations department. The person will work with SPT series airing domestically and internationally.
The duration is 6 months, with the potential to be renewed for another 6 months.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide full range of administrative support for one Executive Director, including receiving & managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, organizing press junkets and making travel arrangements.
• Support one person in the Sony Pictures Television Media & Talent Relations department based in New York
• Monitor all press coverage on SPT series and send out companywide press reports
• Monitor all press coverage on SPT Networks series and send out press reports to the regions
• Update press materials and documents pertaining to each show
• Monitor show budgets
• Process invoices
• Coordinate press mailers
• Work with Creative Services to obtain photos, video clips and artwork
• Manage calendars and coordinate all meetings
• Copy, file, organize paperwork
• Coordinate extensive travel arrangements along with visas
• Field phone calls and direct to appropriate contacts
• Keep track of necessary office supplies and order updates
• Assist with presentations/agendas, various projects as they arise
• Work on Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, EAGL, SAP
