Responsibilities
As the Manager or Corporate Finance & Analysis, you will support the Director in accounting, financial planning and analysis of company-wide benefits, executive compensation programs and headcount planning. The total portfolio of spend is approx. $1bn annually. The position has interaction with Comcast-NBCUniversal Global Benefits and Compensation, Divisional Finance and Corporate Finance.
Here what you’ll do in this role
Prepare Annual Budgets/ Long Range Planning and Quarterly forecasts for employee benefits, equity compensation and deferred compensation
Model benefits by employee for the entire workforce to establish fringe rates for budgeting
Utilize data systems and applications to drive in-depth analysis of compensation and benefits
Support business decisions through the analysis of headcount planning across all NBCU divisions
Assist in preparing presentations to corporate and divisional finance leaders
Prepare equity compensation allocation and manage the communications to the divisions
Review ledger activities, research discrepancies/variances as necessary and prepare quarterly accruals
Assist the reporting packages of equity compensation and deferred compensation for SEC filing
Perform data validation on pension and post-retirement plans for SOX compliance
Manage the withholding tax analysis of Restricted Stocks Units and Stock Options
Ensure wage type configuration related to benefits is in line with accounting guidance
Ad-hoc Projects and Analysis as requested
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications

You have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
You have 4+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience
