SUMMARY
Hulu is seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator to join our Content Marketing team of savvy and passionate marketers. This position will play a very important role at Hulu by serving as the primary foundation of support for the Content Marketing team, while becoming an expert in content license agreements, reporting / analyzing marketing tactics and maintaining core marketing documents. In addition, this position provides you with the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge in the strategy and execution of Licensed content marketing campaigns. The right person for this role is someone who is very comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment and possesses a strong ability to multitask, prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently. This person should have a robust attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret data to derive insights. We’re looking for someone who loves TV as much as we do, has a passion for the entertainment/content marketing industry and is ultimately a team player with an ambitious, energetic attitude.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Maintain key Hulu marketing/campaign documents including calendars, presentations and best practice overviews
• Track budget and spend for content marketing initiatives
• Responsible for tracking of content license agreements and contractual obligations
• Work closely with Content Marketing managers to track success of current and recent marketing campaigns - sharing results, key learnings and insights that can be applied to future executions
• Serve as point of contact for select Content Partners, work with Content Partners to obtain marketing assets, and gain approval from Content Partners on various marketing assets as needed Conduct and evaluate both qualitative and quantitative research to develop best practices
• Ideate on promotional opportunities and collaborate with the team in the development of marketing campaigns
• Compile campaign launch recaps and assist in the development of various marketing presentations
• Responsible for ingestion of assets, including interfacing with Creative teams as necessary
• Collaborate with multiple teams and individuals across the organization
• Perform some administrative duties including booking travel and accommodations, organizing expense reports, managing team budget, mailing packages, cross-team/department meeting scheduling
WHAT TO BRING
• B.A. required (in Marketing, Business, Communications or related area preferred)
• 1-3 years in Marketing (agency and network experience preferred)
• Excellent project management and organization skills
• Proficiency or strong background in analytics and data interpretation
• Detail oriented with strong ability in written and verbal communication
• Exceptional skills with Microsoft Suite Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Keynote
• Team player and the ability and desire to interact with people at all management levels
