Responsibilities
To provide operational, administrative and financial support to the International Creative Networks group.
Oversee day-to-day booking schedule of the post-production staff, 3rd party vendors, voice-over talent and agencies
Work with the Vice-President of Creative Services and Operations on all departmental finances as it relates to accounts payable, invoicing, and vendor billing
Create and maintain monthly, quarterly and yearly budget reports, as well as troubleshoot employee payroll/vendor AP issues
Administrative duties such as data entry into Pro-M, all facilities requests, tracking expense reports, IT requests, preparing and processing paperwork for new hires and intern onboarding
Manage, maintain, and, track staff vacation calendar, and weekly production schedule
Provide ad hoc production support to the Production team i.e. coordinating shoots for international productions in Los Angeles or researching production resources in Los Angeles and abroad
Assist Production team in administrative and financial duties, i.e. onboarding production hires; building and maintaining production cost reports
Provide additional support to visiting executives and to the department, as requested by the VP of Creative Services and Operations
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Mac and PC proficiency
Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SAP familiarity a plus
