Responsibilities
The Production Coordinator assists the Director of Marketing Production in coordinating the execution of assigned show marketing campaigns and non show specific channel projects. In addition he/she assists the production department with a multitude of tasks including scheduling sessions, finance management/vendor maintenance, Project Management database maintenance, motion graphics coordinating, music reporting and other misc. responsibilities as they arise.
Main Responsibilities
• Department Wide Duties
◦ Book audio and vo sessions for producers in and out of house on request making sure to capitalize on efficiencies where possible and tracking session costs on the budget tracker
◦ Aggregate accruals at the end of each quarter for all projects falling under Production Director’s vertical.
◦ Field vendor questions and issues around the vendor set up and invoicing process.
◦ Aggregate promo library music usage and reporting on a quarterly basis for all video production.
◦ Update information in ProM as needed/requested
◦ Maintain vendor and listserv contact docs
◦ Spearhead aggregating video/assets for meetings/decks that cross multiple project managers.
• Graphics Coordinating
◦ Field all GFX requests received through email and ProM working with the Art Director to vet request, assign, QC and deliver.
◦ Field misc. GFX needs that come in from across the portfolio and work with Art Director and Director of Production to sort and execute
◦ Maintain asset storage and organization of GFX elements on the SAN
◦ Field requests for completed GFX assets and references
◦ Maintain and distribute the GFX make list via weekly meetings
◦ Assist PM’s as needed with bespoke commissioned and internal GFX projects
• Campaign and Project Coordinating – Assisting Director of Production and Project Manager
◦ Create, Maintain and Distribute Show Trackers
◦ Onboarding vendors with show deliverable specifics and assets and new vendors with network process and delivery procedures
◦ Generate production Schedules
◦ Maintain project document organization on Dropbox
◦ Maintain project’s mediasilo folder .
◦ Assist in the tagging process with producers/vendors
◦ Assist in the routing of certain video and social assets as directed
◦ Fill out work orders for and assist with fulfilling cross channel campaigns.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1.5 years experience working in television marketing production, including relevant internships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• General knowledge of all aspects of digital video a strong plus
• Final Cut Pro and Photoshop knowledge a plus but not necessary
• Mac proficiency
