Job Summary
Manage workflow of the Digital Ad Operations division while streamlining processes and approaches to help the Ad Ops team execute their jobs more efficiently. Help the agency identify and evaluate new technology solutions and provide POVs and recommendations to Sr. Leadership around technology stack investments. Provide oversight on ability to leverage existing technologies and systems to create overall efficiencies and improvements to team and organizational workflow
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversees Ad Operations teams - 20%
◦ Distributes new project assignments together with Ad Ops Supervisor
◦ Handles performance reviews for Ad Ops Supervisors, Senior Campaign Managers
• Manage working relationships with external technology vendors (existing as well as evaluating new potential vendor / partner solutions) – 10%
• Play a leadership role in working with internal stakeholders throughout the organization to optimize the billing / reconciliation of digital media - 10%
• Keeps aware of new technologies and applications and presents findings to agency – 10%
• Increases agency visibility by staying involved in R&D of new ad technology – 10%
• Resolves any escalated campaign management issues - 10%
• Actively negotiate with technology partners on a frequent basis to drive down non-working media costs and deliver optimal value of client ad serving dollars. – 10%
• Develop and manage implementation of new or improved trafficking, reporting and analytics processes to drive overall workflow and resource optimizations – 10%
• Provides thought-leadership in areas around technology stack and optimal use of wide ranging technology solutions around video, display, attribution, ad verification & viewability as well as QA and program monitoring. – 10%

Yes. Supervisors, Senior Campaign Managers will report directly into the Director.
Knowledge and Skills Required
• BA/BS required
• A minimum of 8years experience with progressive responsibilities in operations, technology and team management.
• Understanding of all areas within a Campaign Management team
• Expert in adserving technologies such as DFA, Atlas and Mediamind
• Proficient in Rich Media technology
• Incredible focus and attention to detail
• Excellent writer/verbal communication and effective problem solving skills
• Exceptional eye for detail/organizational skills
• Proven experience developing persuasive presentations
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Ability to conduct comprehensive client-facing research
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-pace environment
