Our Marketing Department is seeking a Content Manager (Web, UX) for a 4 month fixed term contract based in the stunning, heritage-listed offices in Melbourne’s Docklands.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing & Channel Manager, the Website Content Manager will understand how to design and build website landing pages and provide recommendations to improve the user experience of the website. You will work with our CMS (Umbraco), support the campaign and planning teams in building website content pages and making sure these follow best practice in design, testing and UX.
Key deliverables:
• Responsible for consistency of experience, and application of digital best practice on company websites
• Daily content management and maintenance of company websites in accordance with business goals and customer needs.
• Use customer insight to identify opportunities to improve and optimise key journeys and experiences on site (includes content changes, UX, bug fixes and enhancements)
• Logging and working with technology to resolve customer problems and bugs on websites.
• Key player in user acceptance testing of website enhancements and projects.
Qualifications
• You will have a strong commercial background in digital marketing, website content management and experience working on major digital projects
• Well-developed analytical skills including the proven ability to identify and analyse problems and develop workable solutions
• Managed ecommerce sites and understand how to optimise journeys and navigation from consideration to purchase.
• Understanding of SEO, UX, CX, CRO, project management, incident management and website best practice.
• Experienced using analytics and customer insight to inform decision making.
• Demonstrated experience in providing system support, including liaison with external developers, business analysts and the business area
• Knowledge of WCMS tools such as Umbraco, Adobe Experience Manager and knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst preferred but not essential
• Degree qualified, Marketing, Communications preferred
