Spotify has connected millions of people to their favorite songs and created a service for people to discover and enjoy music they love. We’re looking for a smart and experienced Operations Coordinator to join the New Integrated Content Experiences team, reporting directly into the Operations Lead. The position will be based in Los Angeles.
What you'll do
• Assist Head of NICE Team and Operations Lead with ongoing process optimization initiatives
• Assist project managers on day-to-day management of projects’ creative development and production processes
• Facilitate internal communication between multiple internal stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate project kick-offs, check-ins, internal handoffs and final deliveries
• Create and maintain project timelines for multiple simultaneous initiatives, ensuring all deliverables and approvals remain on-schedule
• Track project progress and communicate status to stakeholders and visibility partners
• Schedule calls and/or meetings, ensuring notes and action items are properly documented and distributed
• Provide occasional on-set support, to ensure execution remains in scope and that content aligns with the established creative expectations
• Serve as liaison for one-off internal and external process requests for the NICE Team
Who you are
• 3-5 years of media production and project management experience
• Understanding of video pre-production, production and post-production, including processes, equipment and software
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills
• Proven track record managing multiple projects in a large organization
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Music lovers a plus!
