The main responsibility of an Associate Account Director is to drive revenue and grow digital business across the industry organization
What you will do
You are provided a specific set of revenue responsibilities tied to Industry accounts; likely running point on digital agency teams & RFP’s within a certain budget parameter and in some cases owning accounts in entirety. AAD's are solutions-oriented, persistent, strong working knowledge of the digital space with solid presentation skills, have a keen attention to detail, and are enthusiastic and creative with their ideas in how to best meet their clients’ needs.
Responsibilities Include:
• Growing digital business in a set of accounts
• Responsible for overall client satisfaction
• Acting as day-to-day client contact for correspondence, questions, and concerns
• Outlining and advising on new and innovative opportunities through client calls
• Participating in client presentations
• Establishing regular contact with customers to ensure their needs are met, working with Digital Campaign Manager in measuring progress, and proactively addressing issues and developing solutions
• Upselling and renewal of existing campaigns/clients with new, innovative, on-strategy ideas that focus on retention and growing business
• Communicating campaign results to clients; representing client feedback internally to drive opportunities to better align with customer needs across future opportunities
Essential Qualifications:
• 2-4 years digital sales experience
• Excellent client communication skills
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Keynote, PowerPoint, etc (AdBook is highly desirable)
