Join the XFINITY Brand Strategy team and lead the consumer insights agenda for this powerhouse lifestyle brand. The Senior Director, Knowledge & Insights is a key strategic business partner across the XFINITY Brand in identifying insights and consumer needs and translating those insights into actionable brand and business plans. This individual will serve as the voice of the consumer and will partner closely across the Brand team, the Marcomm Organization and Business Units to drive a culture where relevant consumer needs drive business decisions.
Core Responsibilities
-Develop and implement long-range brand planning process in partnership with Executive Director
-Ensure brand decisions are informed by consumer macro trends, customer metrics and business imperatives to make our brand offering more attractive and attention-grabbing
-Synthesize insights to inform Brand storytelling
-Help build Brand understanding, grounded in the consumer, across the organization
-Serve as strategic thought partner across the MarComm organization
-Provide actionable insights to help inform strategy and drive informed business decision making from consumer research, performance tracking, trend tracking and competitive intelligence
-Lead development and management of MarComm insights agenda
-Identify industry leading tools, innovative and techniques and advanced methodologies to unlock insights that are more actionable
-Lead customer segmentation efforts to drive understanding an application of the different segmentation schemas across the brand
-Manage insights fundamentals including Brand Health tracking, feature study copy testing and Brand valuation
-Partner with Insights Lead and Enterprise Business Insights teams across the organization
-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Job Specification
Education Level-Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
Field of Study-Business, Marketing
Years Experience-Generally requires 11+ years related experience
Additional Requirements
-Extensive experience with consumer research including experience with a range of qualitative and quantitative research techniques and new methodologies that drive efficiencies and deeper consumer understanding
-Technology/entertainment industry experience a plus
-Proficiency in strategy development
-Solid experience in Brand Strategy and Brand Management
-Strong marketing and business competencies
-Strong analytical, strategic thinking and creative problem solving skills
-Able to work in ambiguous environments, chart a course, and drive for results
-Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and able to work on multiple tasks in parallel
-Strong collaboration/teamwork skills
-Superior written/verbal communication skills
-Strong storytelling skills, with an ability to translate data to insights in a concise manner
