Job Purpose:
The Communications Coordinator will assist the EVP, Communications with day-to-day activities managing show publicity and communications of NBC Entertainment.
Essential Responsibilities:
Act as point of contact between the executive and internal/external partners, press, and publicity team
Manage and maintain executive’s calendar, calls, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and other documents
Manage expenses
Assist publicity team with coordinating various media requests to support the network television shows and specials
Work and facilitate press events including semi-annual press tours, award shows, specials and events
Develop and maintain positive relationships with talent, producers, public relations agencies and representatives, agents, managers, production staff, media and programming executives in order to ensure maximum positive coverage for NBC Entertainment programming
Manage multiple projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Eligibility Requirements:

Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
Must have work authorization to work in the United States
Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
