Human Resource intern will be working with the COE’s (Center of Expertise) - Operations and Talent Acquisitions. Will engage in team meetings and be exposed to project management. Must be willing to roll their sleeves up and be involved in a variety of projects.
Responsibilities:
Social Media:
• Update internal communications system – NEO
• Gather content for social media sites that HR manages such as Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Recruiting:
• Source candidates for open requisitions
• Maintain requisitions in Taleo
• Check references on candidates through Skill Survey
• Work with Montage to educate sales force on video recruiting
Administrative:
• Schedule meetings
• Process invoices
• Create PowerPoint presentations
Use V lookups
Qualifications
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge of social media platforms
• Preferably a junior or senior in college studying Human Resources, Psychology or similar field.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Excellent organizational skills; great attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
• Proficient MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google)
• Be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and sense of confidentiality
