Job Title & ID: Service Marketplace Operations Coordinator (17WD23316)
Location: San Rafael
NOTE: This is a full-time hourly position
PROVIDER MANAGEMENT/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help onboard new service providers to the platform
• Manage service providers from onboarding forward, including communication on approval status and other areas
• Help service providers present themselves well on the platform, working directly with them on improving their content and completing their profiles as needed
• Manage communication to providers on mandatory data reporting and follow-ups
• Create reports such as which suppliers have launched or are in queue, and on other metrics
• Review provider performance data and proactively work to help improve overall service quality
• Field queries, provide responses, and escalate issues as needed
• Coordinate internal and external program/project communications. Work with Program Manager and related teams to jointly develop content to ensure clear and consistent information is distributed to providers and customers. Author and edit content. Coordinate network-wide mailings as needed
• Make or champion changes to the platform as needed
• Contribute to the success of this new program with creativity and input
QUALIFICATIONS
• Have great judgment and be able to think strategically
• Work independently and prioritize well
• Exemplify professional communication skills, written and verbal
• Be passionate about quality customer service
• Be detail-oriented and a natural problem-solver
• 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, website operations, buying, partner or vendor management, or project management preferred
• Analytical
• Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
