Job Description
Position Summary:
This is a part-time marketing position that assists with implementing the marketing strategy for one of SiriusXM's niche businesses. Marketing strategy spans the lifecycle of a customer, including welcoming and engaging current subscribers, winning back prior subscribers, and improving their overall experience with SiriusXM through clear, concise and accurate communications and positive interactions with SiriusXM.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist management in maintaining a campaign calendar and advance preparations to meet deliverables.
• Help coordinate with outside resources and internal colleagues (Brand, Creative Services, Legal, etc.) to produce emails and letters using design standards and email best practices to maximize customer engagement.
• Proof read marketing materials for accuracy and ensure email links are working correctly.
• Perform quality control of campaign data files.
• Assist with providing vendors with campaign instructions, verify file counts, and QC creative tests.
• Compile summaries of campaign results.
• Monitor campaigns post-launch to ensure they were executed correctly.
• Assist in reviewing training materials, scripts or agent articles, as needed.
• Help monitor paper inventory on-hand at vendor vs. forecasted usage needs.
• Test toll free numbers to ensure they are working and driving to the correct call center and/or scripts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent required. College credit and Marketing majors a plus.
• Relevant internship experience in a corporate environment preferred.

Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
