JOB SUMMARY
Manage all marketing initiatives to help drive the engagement and growth of the Enterprise Channel Partner Sales Channel, including developing channel specific campaigns, marketing communications, sales materials, and marketing strategy for Partner sales and recruitment programs.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as primary liaison between Enterprise Marketing, Field Marketing, and Channel Partner management teams. Responsible for developing and managing the marketing strategy based on the Enterprise leadership objectives leveraging marketing communications and channel enablement methods to align and support the Channel Partner sales teams.
Work with Channel Sales teams to develop local and/or Partner specific marketing strategy and tactics. Work with Field Marketing team to support requests via the Marketing Development Funds program for Channel Manager teams. Work with Channel Managers to ensure sales teams have the proper collateral, creative, and other tools to help their sales and recruitment efforts.
Participate and manage the development of marketing events based on Partner or Channel Sales team requests to build awareness, generate sales leads and increase penetration of services in the marketplace.
Advise and guide corporate marketing in the design, development, implementation and management of Channel Partner and marketing campaigns and promotions, including the public website messaging.
Manage a marketing budget by tracking expenses.
Create Channel-specific marketing materials including sales collateral, local advertising, newsletters, and other sales enablement tactics. Manage outside agency and other vendor relationships to achieve business objectives.
Maintain all external Channel Partners portal, Master Agents’ portals, and other marketing oriented sales tools, including training schedulue to ensure consistent, correct, and timely information.
Create and deliver digital and account based marketing campaign strategies. Write and edit newsletters and other e-marketing tactics.
Create and manage sales presentations and other collateral for the Channel Partners Directors and Managers to use for coordinated and consistent messaging when discussing channel sales programs.
Maintain an understanding of company products, services, policies, and business rules to effectively manage the marketing and communication efforts in the role. Analyze competitive research and develop recommendations for messaging, offers and promotions.
Utilize ROI methodology to drive marketing decisions.
Perform other duties as required.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience
