Responsibilities
The DWA Television Marketing team is seeking a Creative Services Coordinator to join the A/V Finishing team. The A/V Finishing team works to complete all TV Spots, Trailers, and Digital Spots for our many DWA TV properties. This includes music clearances, legal clearances, and footage tracking. The coordinator's focus will be the organization of projects, assets, and distribution of materials in support of the marketing and creative services team.
An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented (that's a sharpie, not an expo marker), highly organized (you've labeled your label maker), with a great can-do attitude and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
Submitting creative assets to legal and music teams for approval
Diagnosing and logging requests with our Post team to get footage sent for finishing
Distributing finished creative assets to appropriate parties
Logging PO requests to ensure vendors are paid on time
Pulling and overseeing Alphas/Rotos orders for use in the creative campaigns
Working with archival teams to ensure all creative pieces are properly archived
Other marketing projects as needed
Desired Characteristics
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of experience in marketing or in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Photoshop.
Basic knowledge of budgets/ PORs/ POs
Basic knowledge of encodes/ QuickTime formats (H264 vs ProRes)
Bonus points: Knowledge of Jira, previous animation experience or creative vendor experience.
