Responsibilities
The Sr. Accounting Analyst on the Corporate Headquarters team reports to the Manager, Corporate Finance – Accounting, and provides the unique opportunity to be involved in the accounting, planning and reporting for NBCUniversal Corporate Headquarters. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting and reporting, a willingness to learn, excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Here what you’ll do in this role
Journal entry preparation and processing for the monthly, quarterly and year-end closes to ensure financial statements are accurate and complete in all aspects (including accruals, prepaid amortization and allocations)
Perform analysis and reconciliations of relevant balance sheet accounts (and follow up on the reconciling items (Monthly/Quarterly)
Execute T&E review and analysis
Perform various finance and accounting ad hoc projects as assigned

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
You have a minimum of 2 years accounting experience
