Responsibilities
Role Summary:
The UPHE Creative Group is responsible for managing and delivering all global creative assets for the Home Entertainment release of Universal Intellectual Property as well as Focus Features/Focus World, 1440 and Acquisition Titles.
Working closely with creative VPs, this position is responsible for the development/execution/scheduling, and delivery of Audio-Visual + Social + Digital Creative assets supporting the global digital and physical release of UPHE titles.
This position collaborates and interfaces with various Home Entertainment departments ranging from: Domestic and International Brand, Publicity, Digital Distribution, Digital Marketing and Emerging Technology.
Essential Responsibilities:
Strong familiarity of the social media landscape and experience creating social media assets with specific size configurations for Facebook, Snapchat and Instagram.
Responsible for the development and execution of the creation of: EST trailers, VOD spots, TV Broadcast Spots, Digital Spots, Publicity/Promotional Materials, Social Media Assets, Reels and Film Clips.
Manage AV workflow with VPs, partners and vendors (both internal and external).
Work with VPs and Brand Marketing on spot messaging and finishing instructions with the ability to oversee International, Hispanic and Canadian spot considerations and delivery.
Routing of materials to Legal, Music, MPAA and Networks.
Manage daily activities including: Ordering assets for project set-up; Finishing Memos; Dub Orders; Graphic Requests; Reel Compilations; Technical Issue Resolution; Billing ( moved down a bit )
Attend status meetings with Universal’s Creative Operations group to communicate deadlines, upcoming projects and anticipate any issues.
Presentation of AV materials to senior management teams including Brand Marketing.
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Previous Global/International experience in AV development and Post-Production in a studio or technology related field.
Digital marketing experience developing social assets a must.
Experience in marketing a strong plus.
Very strong ability to problem solve from a creative and production POV , multitask and prioritize in a fast paced, high volume environment.
Strong creative and project management skills, strategic thinker, detail oriented and a problem solver.
Strong ability to work as a team player and collaborate with various departments within a large corporate structure
Eligibility Requirements:

Desired Characteristics
5+ years of experience in a leadership position in the entertainment/technology field.
Bachelor of Arts degree in a related Art, Creative or Communication field is required.
