A little bit about our team:

You will be a key hire in what is essentially a start-up within the company. If you enjoy being part of small teams trying to achieve big results, this is for you. As a senior member of the Xpress team, you’ll be highly visible across the whole company, as this project enjoys the support from all corners of the leadership team. It’s not a 9-5 and it’s not a narrow scope of work day-to-day, two phrases that should excite you.
Here you’ll get to:
• You will help launch a new business for a leading global music company
• You will market the launch of a b2b and consumer facing product
• You will lead the marketing strategy from design to execution
• You will be responsible for smart allocation of the marketing budget

• You have experience with launching parties, showcases, etc.
• You have 5+ years of previous working experience in a marketing role at a music company
It would be music to our ears if you also had:

• You can demonstrate through your work experience that you understand the unsigned music creator community and know how to reach them
