Responsibilities:
• Work with Essential Publishing writers; find opportunities for exploitation of songs in Essential Music Publishing catalog
• Develop and cultivate outstanding professional relationships with Essential writer roster, including attending Essential writer functions, concerts, and other events
• Seek out new opportunities for exploiting/pitching Essential Music Publishing catalog through Contemporary Christian Music (CCM), worship, film/TV, country, and pop music genres; develop professional relationships with internal and external label marketing and A&R staff, artists, writers, and producers.
• Provide support to Essential writers through song development and critiquing, co-write scheduling, individual catalog upkeep, song turn-in and song demos.
• Represent Essential Music at industry functions, including award shows, concerts, writer’s nights, and other events
