Job Description
Position Summary:
The Manager, Marketing works with the Directors, Gross Add Winback (GAWB) Marketing as well as with other team members ( i.e. Sr. Manager, Marketing Analytics, Sr. Manager, GAWB Marketing) to support the development and launch of, and the reporting for direct marketing programs/campaigns that "reacquire" (win back) former subscribers, automotive trialers and new owners of used vehicles. This includes planning and running effective marketing programs/campaigns as well as managing expense-related duties that require coordination with both internal partners and external vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the ongoing marketing expense process and reconciliation to annual budget for the Gross Add Winback/ Direct to Consumer department.
• Manage corporate process and compliance standards for Gross Add Winback/ Direct To Consumer including promotion authorizations, invoice receipt/ coding and purchase orders.
• Identify areas of opportunity for general process improvement and operational efficiencies related to marketing campaign/ program expense support.
• Reconciliation of aging issues and cost reconciliations in conjunction with Accounts Payable for Gross Add Winback/ Direct To Consumer.
• Primary liaison to Accounts Payable and Partner Payments to ensure accuracy and auditing of payment processing for Gross Add Winback/ Direct To Consumer.
• Function as an internal compliance process expert/educator and informational resource for all members of the Gross Add Winback/ Direct To Consumer team.
• Support development/ management of marketing campaigns/programs in order to achieve specific sales goals. Marketing campaigns/programs shall primarily consist of direct marketing tactics including direct mail and email marketing but also include social media and digital media.
• Maintain records and utilization of campaign/ program components such as toll free numbers, offer version IDs (OVID), and URLs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside vendors including Brand, Programming, Interactive, Creative, Call Center and Operations teams. This includes representing a comprehensive communication, messaging, testing, and sales strategy.
• Manage the day-to-day working relationships with internal partners and outside vendors to ensure marketing campaigns/programs are successfully run.
• Track and report performance metrics (response, conversion rates, sales, expenses, CPGA, etc.) as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3-5 years experience in similar role in direct response marketing or campaign marketing strongly preferred (e.g. email marketing, traditional direct mail, digital marketing) preferably in a subscriber model such as wireless, internet services, entertainment, satellite television, cable services or mobile services).
Requirements and General Skills:
• Direct Marketing experience including email, direct mail and digital.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person.
• Commitment to "internal client" and customer service principles.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on project.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
Technical Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to learn new systems/processes as business needs require.
