Job Description
The selected candidate will help streamline our internal website and partner portal to better meet the needs of our partners, team and internal groups.
Initiatives for the internship
• Build out the Strategic Alliances & Channel Management (SACM) Portal on in.verizondigitalmedia.net
◦ Work on development and streamlining of SACM portal to make it easy for SACM team and other internal groups to get information regarding current partners, bookings and revenue goals, training, governance, procedures / processes, etc.
◦ Work on embedding google docs, slides and sheets documents into site so that any updates to these will show up on the site.
• Partner portal integration with SFDC and automation
◦ Work on development of the partner portal. Work with integration team to integrate partner portal solution with SFDC.
◦ Determine best way to link with calendar and chat tools
• Training to use the tool - partners and CDM
◦ Develop training for team and partners on any new tools that are developed while working on internal site and external partner site.
• Partner performance scorecard development
◦ Help develop partner scorecards to determine how our channel partners are doing against booking and revenue expectations. Help analyze and visualize how channels are performing in each region in comparison to regional growth. Help with analyzing data for monthly operational meetings with Channels and develop google forms to automate and streamline channel management processes. This person will help create reports for tracking performance of our partners.

• Prefer a Senior or someone doing a MS in information systems, CS or MBA
