The Team
Autodesk’s Global Field Marketing (GFM) organization is responsible for engaging customers worldwide with marketing that is locally relevant, and delivering qualified leads to our Sales organizations. The GFM Enablement team supports our Field Marketers, ensuring programs and processes are efficient, and other organizations within Autodesk understand our business needs/requirements. As a Program Manager on the Enablement team, you will be responsible for the design, creation and delivery of programs, and subsequent training for our Field Marketers. You will be collaborating with key people from various groups within the company including sales, marketing operations, field and product marketing, support, and members of our channel organization.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
What You Would Do Day-to-Day
• Manage programs / projects for our Global Field Marketing team.
• Identify and assess the ongoing needs of our global field teams and partners for the programs assigned to you.
• Drive awareness, support, adoption, and participation in your programs
• Act as the primary interface between multiple teams to help ensure successful rollout and to drive usage.
• Maintain high-level project schedules, raise potential issues with program manager; suggest and implement solutions as needed
• Contribute to program/project strategy, design, development, and successful implementation.
• Assist with management of larger program/project including budget, contracts, invoicing, and purchasing.
• Maintain and revise procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of programs/projects and supporting systems.
• Analyze program/project metrics and trends to evaluate success of overall program. Anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate remedies.
Signs That You’re a Strong Candidate
• Experience with various CRM platforms (SFDC, Marketo or other automation platforms)
• Field Marketing background
• Strong, clear communications & presentation skills
• Very strong customer orientation
• Comfortable with training users of all levels
• Ability to influence others and drive decisions to closure
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrates leadership, initiative and is highly self-driven
The Basic Job Requirements
• BA, BS, or equivalent experience
• At least 3-5 years program management or similar experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting
• Highly organized with a proven ability to drive projects to completion and persevere to get the job done
• Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards
• Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including MS Office, Sharepoint
• Some travel required (less than 10%)
