Responsibilities
SUMMARY: Traffic UO’s paid and promotional radio and television media, assign ISCI codes, maintain ISCI Code tracker, provide ISCI and station information to Brand/Creative teams as requested. Develop, maintain and distribute media flows. Develop purchase orders for media. Receive and process media invoices and liaison with external agencies/clients to provide payment status updates. Assist with media buying tasks such as inputting makegoods, weekly posting, etc. Provide administrative support to team including, but not limited to development of spreadsheets and other documents, binders, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Generate traffic instructions, traffic media, assign and maintain ISCI codes, etc
• Develop and route Purchase Orders and receive and process invoices
• Assist with media buying tasks
• Develop, maintain and distribute media flows.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established Universal Orlando policy, procedures, training and Team Member involvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required:
• Ability to multi-task, excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills (ratios, percentages, multiplication/division/addition/subtraction).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software with extensive knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
• Knowledge of media buying software is a plus, but not required.
Consistent attendance is a job requirement.
EDUCATION:
• Four (4) year degree required. Prefer degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Media/Advertising.
EXPERIENCE:
• 1-3 Years: marketing experience within entertainment, media; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• Valid Florida state driver’s license is required.
